Meet the Teachers Day!!

Today Lexi got to go to her new preschool and meet her teachers. They showed her where her locker was and then they showed her around the room. Her favorite part was the class hamster Josephine (who use to be a joey until it had babies) and the Dress up dresses they had. She is very excited to start next week and really liked her teachers. She said she hopes they never leave!!!! I will miss her a ton at home but its only 3 days a week for 3 hours. She will love it!

Broken Bones! OUCH!!

Our poor little Nathan Broke his arm Saturday night. He was playing around on the Trampoline with the kids and fell off. We were sure that he had broke both bones but fortunately it was only one. They were able to reset it and put a cast on. He was very tough. It is his right hand so he is having a hard time doing things but figuring it out. I think he has enjoyed getting out of chores and having everyone wait on him hand and foot. He feels better everyday though so that will soon come to a stop. I tell you, there is nothing worse than knowing that your child is in pain and you can't do a thing for them. How I wish I could have gone through that instead. The only thing I can say is thank Heaven for modern medicine. He doesn't remember a thing about them setting his arm or putting on the cast.

Just when you think crazy can't get more crazy!!

We usually start with a bath because both babies are so messy I can't bring myself to put on clean clothes until they are clean. Then we feed both babies. Then they entertain themselves while I try to get stuff done. I feel like the only things I am getting done however are the messes they are making while entertaining themselves. Oh well, what can you do! At the end of the day another bath is usually required and then off to bed. On this particular day every drawer and cupboard was emptied in about 20 minutes. It's not wonder why I don't make cookies very offten Just thought I would throw this one on here to share a little of my day. .

First day of school!

Yes, Thats right. The first day of school. I can't believe our summer is over. The boys started on wednesday and so far they are all happy and excited. Tyler is in fifth grade and enjoying being the oldest in the school. Cameron is in fourth and was very nervous about all the changes and increased responsibilities but has relaxed some now that he knows his teacher and what to expect. Nate is in first grade and still very excited about school. So ready or not, here we go. Another year of school has begun.

One year old!!

I decided that the twins didn't get the recognition they deserved for making it through their first year with me. I have to admit there are times when we wonder what in the world we are doing but we have loved every minute of it. They are so much fun and bring so much to our family. Although it is crazy we can't imagine life without them. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABIES! WE LOVE!
