Lexi's first fish!

One of Kevin's farms has a pond that they stock with fish so we took the kids fishing the other day. Lexi was a natural. She caught her first fish and then three more. The boys were all jealous of her talent. It took Cameron a several tries and lots of patience. The Highlight of the day for me however was watching Cameron cast...pole and all!! Then watching Kevin fish for a fishing pole. He did eventually get it and we had a good laugh. The weather was great and the babies loved being outside. Love, love, love spring! Look close or you might miss her fish!

Just horsin around!

Happy St. Patricks day!

The leprechaun found us again this year. He left a fun trail and kids had fun finding the pot of gold. Then we had a fun green dinner together.

Cameron!

The boys just finished up basketball and Cameron's team did really well. They started out the season really bad loosing the first 7 games. Then something just clicked with them and they started winning. They went into the Tournament in 7Th place and won their way up to playing for the championship. They took second loosing to the #1 undefeated team. Cameron was chosen to play in the all star league. He loves the game and it is so fun to watch him play. We are very proud of him.

Dancing colors!

This morning Lexi had her "Dancing colors" show at Preschool. They have been working on this for weeks. Each child was assigned a color (lexi was purple) and had to wear that color for the show. Well yesterday Lexi woke up with a fever and spent the day sleeping on the couch. She was so worried she would have to miss her show. At 2:00 in the morning I heard Lex calling me (she was on my floor). When I asked her what she needed she told me that she had said a prayer so that she could go to her show. I told her that was great and we would see in the morning. She was a little better but still had a small fever but I just didn't have the heart to keep her home. So we druged her up with Tylenol and went to her show. She did great and I have to say she had the best curtsy of them all!!!!

Random Silliness!

The babies where running around the other day with these hat's on so I took a few pictures. Then Lexi wanted her picture taken (of Course). We were doing great until I did something, I don't even remember what, and it was all drama from there. It made for a cute picture though My Drama QUEEN!!!!

Pinewood Derby!

Cameron had his pinewood derby a few weeks ago and did pretty well. He took 4th and gets to go to districts later this months. Tyler and Nate both raced in the outlaw race and had fun. I still think the best part is making the cars with their dad. Mia and Mason didn't care much for the racing but they loved the ballons!!!
